At Darts Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, customized products and used dart flights cannot be returned once opened.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems, flights, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
